Dales Housing delivers services to tenants, leaseholders and shared owners in over 3,200 properties. We aim to meet the needs of our existing and future customers by providing a continually and improving quality housing service.

We have a strong customer focus and work closely with our residents to ensure that we deliver services which they both need and aspire to. We are committed to providing a high quality customer focused service and achieve this though sound management and our investment, in staff and board training and new technology. We have invested millions of pounds in the refurbishment and modernisation of the properties which we own and have an ongoing investment programme to maintain all our homes to a high standard.

Our aim is to deliver the service at a time and place that is convenient to our customers. We offer appointments in your own home to discuss any issues concerning your tenancy, a free phone telephone number to report repairs and make an appointment to undertake the majority of repairs inside your home.
