We were formed in March 2002 to receive Derbyshire Dales District Council’s housing stock following overwhelming support. Our team of over 120 employees are experienced and professional, ensuring that a high quality service is delivered. Our aim is "to meet the needs of our existing and future customers by providing a continually improving and quality housing service".
