Dales Maintenance Service
- Dales Housing has an excellent in-house maintenance team
- We are investing in modern apprenticeships, new depot facilities and improved telecommunication and IT systems. These will improve further the quality, response times and efficiency of the service
- In rural communities, such a service is invaluable and we are becoming established in successfully providing services to benefit other organisations as well as our own tenants
New affordable homes
- Dales Housing, as the largest affordable housing provider in the Derbyshire Dales, will be seeking to maximise the provision of high quality, affordable homes in partnership with Local Authorities and other Housing Providers
- Facilities are already in place to finance new developments as well as to fulfil all the promises we have made
Sheltered Housing Services
- Dales Housing has over 800 properties that are either “sheltered” or designated for older persons
- With an ageing population, the provision of services to older persons is of key importance to local communities
- Our aim is to provide homes and services that will be the first choice for older persons over the next 30 years
