With the Home-Options scheme, instead of being allocated a home, you look for your own home using the Home-Options property list and website.
Available properties are advertised on the Home-Options website, or you can obtain a copy of the property listings at one of the Dales Housing offices, district council offices or your local library.
Existing council and housing association tenants, who would like to transfer to a new home, can use Home-Options to find one. Home-Options can also be used by homeseekers who are on the housing register or who are homeless.
