We encourage and support our customers to get involved in helping us to improve our services, and we work with involved customers to ensure that their comment feeds through into the decision making structure of Dales Housing. By encouraging and supporting customer involvement it is our aim to improve and monitor the services we provide and to improve our neighbourhoods and build communities.
Dales Housing engages with tenants and other customers on a wide range of levels. The basic strategy is to provide opportunities for participation at a level that people feel comfortable with, using formal and informal methods.
