Dales Housing provides a free money advice service to help our tenants maximise their income. Advice is given in an unbiased and confidential manner on welfare benefits, debt management and budgeting skills.

Our money advisor will:

Advise you on entitlement to benefits and assist you to make a claim.
Investigate and challenge overpayments of benefit on your behalf.
Help you to apply for backdating of benefits.
Give advice on how to manage debt.
Assist you in negotiating with people you owe money to.
Advice can be given by telephone, by an appointment at our office in Matlock or in the privacy of your own home.
