Where can I park a vehicle?

Parking areas

Please remember when parking to be considerate to your neighbours and other people.

You and your visitors may park vehicles anywhere within the boundary of your home that is a properly designated driveway or paved area intended for parking. Please remember that caravans, motor homes, trailers or commercial vehicles must not be parked at your home or on any communal parking areas without our agreement in writing.

You must not dismantle or repair any vehicle on communal parking areas. Please also do not drive, park, dismantle or repair any vehicle, caravan, trailer or boat on any verge or communal grassed area.

When parking vehicles you must remember not to obstruct access to any property, service road or block access that may be needed for emergency vehicles.

If your home has a designated residents’ only or communal parking area, only residents and their visitors may park there. No individual tenant has the sole use of a specific car-parking bay.

If your vehicle does not have road tax and /or a valid MOT certificate you must not leave it parked in one of our communal parking areas. If such vehicles are left on communal parking areas we will take action to remove them. If you see an abandoned vehicle or if you have any other queries about parking near your home please contact us on 01629 593200.
