Neighbourhood Enhancement Scheme
What is the Neighbourhood Enhancement Scheme and what can it do for you?
Dales Housing has made available an annual budget of approx £35,000 for expenditure on what is known as the Neighbourhood Enhancement Schemes. These were intended to be small scale works on and around Dales Housing properties that improved the area for the benefit of tenants. The aim was that the majority of schemes should be the suggestions of tenants.
"A scheme or project that improves the conditions of the neighbourhood within which our homes are located"
